- Kentucky Division of Watersearch for term
- The Kentucky Division of Water manages, protects and enhances the water resources of the Commonwealth for present and future generations through voluntary, regulatory and educational programs. The Division of Water is charged with the responsibility for managing and protecting the state's waters, both on the surface in lakes, streams and rivers as well as groundwater beneath the surface of the land in the state. The Drinking Water Branch reviews design and operation plans for drinking water plants and monitors their operation, and provides technical assistance to public water systems to resolve problems and issues.
