BELOIT, Wisconsin – (COMMERCIAL THREAD) –Fairbanks Morse Defense (FMD), a holding company of Arcline Investment Management (Arcline), has acquired LLC Fluid Filtration Specialists (FFS), a leader in rinsing and filtration services for ships and other installations that operate large engines and highly sophisticated systems. The acquisition of FFS further expands FMD’s capabilities and service solutions for shipyard, defense and commercial navy customers, including the US Navy, the US Coast Guard, and the Canadian Coast Guard.
